From April 25-May 25, you will have the opportunity to discuss the ability to make changes to your Solterra reservation with your retailer, subject to availability. After the sold order is finalized, it cannot be changed. If you and your retailer are unable to finalize your order by May 25, 2022, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and your $250 deposit will be refunded. Deposit refunds may take six to eight weeks to process.
Subaru will hold all deposits in a non-interest-bearing account. Deposits can be applied to the final sold order for a 2023 Solterra by the selected retailer if requested by the customer. Otherwise, deposits will be refunded within six to eight weeks directly to the credit card used to place the original deposit. If you and your retailer are unable to finalize your order by May 25, 2022, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and your $250 deposit will be refunded. Deposit refunds may take six to eight weeks to process.
Any reservations not converted to a sold order by May 25, 2022 will be automatically cancelled. Your $250 deposit will be fully refunded once the cancellation has processed. Refunds may take six to eight weeks to process, after the expiration of the window to convert Reservation Opportunities to sold orders closes on May 25.
Yes. Now that pricing has been announced as of April 25, 2022, you and your retailer must finalize your order by May 25, 2022. During this time, you will have the opportunity to discuss the ability to make changes to your Solterra reservation with your retailer and negotiate the other details necessary to finalize your vehicle order. After the sold order is finalized, it cannot be changed.
Your selected retailer will contact you when your Solterra is available for delivery. Delivery times will vary based on production and availability. Your retailer will assist in estimating the date of vehicle delivery before your final order is placed.

Subaru will hold your deposit until your 2023 Solterra is delivered, or your reservation is cancelled. When your 2023 Solterra is delivered, you can discuss with your retailer whether the reservation deposit will be applied to your final purchase price or refunded to you in lieu of other payment terms you and your retailer agree upon.
Deposits can only be applied to the purchase of a Solterra through the Solterra Retailer Reservation Opportunity platform and cannot be applied toward another Subaru vehicle.
