The Crosstrek Wilderness protects you from rough terrain with 9.3 inches of ground clearance and a standard front skid plate. Redesigned bumpers help improve approach and departure angles so large obstacles won’t stop your expedition. Dual-Function X-MODE® lets you customize the traction control to match trail conditions and all-terrain Yokohama GEOLANDAR® tires give improved off-road performance.

    The 2024 Crosstrek gives you a choice between two SUBARU BOXER engines: a standard 2.0-liter or an available 2.5-liter direct-injection engine, which is retuned for 2024 to deliver 182 horsepower and even more torque for responsive, confident acceleration. Drawing on over 50 years of Subaru engineering experience, every SUBARU BOXER engine is designed with a unique horizontal layout that offers natural balance and a low center of gravity while delivering an efficient transfer of power.

    Upgraded Harman Kardon® Premium Audio

    The Harman Kardon premium audio system, upgraded from eight to 10 speakers for 2024, captures detail-rich acoustics through enhanced sound control and superior high-sound output. At the heart of the system lies a high-performance eight-channel class-D amplifier pumping out 432 equivalent watts of power. The amplifier works to efficiently distribute clean audio signals to the vehicle’s ten-speaker sound system. Harman’s Clari-Fi® Technology restores and corrects audio fidelity, resulting in musical reproduction that sounds clearer, crisper, and more dynamic.

Protective Technology

  • The Crosstrek features upgraded standard EyeSight Driver Assist Technology for 2024, which acts like an extra set of eyes on the road and, if need be, an extra foot on the brake when you drive. EyeSight includes a number of advanced active safety systems to protect you and your family on every drive. Automatic Emergency Steering can help you avoid a collision by providing automatic steering and pre-collision braking support if it determines there’s enough space to intervene.

  • Automatic Pre-Collision Braking helps avoid or reduce frontal impacts by alerting you and applying full braking force in emergency situations. Pre-Collision Throttle Management can reduce the power from the engine to help minimize the possible impact force and frontal impact damage.

  • Advanced Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Centering adds extra convenience and safety on every trip. Just choose the distance you want to keep from the car in front of you and it can take some of the stress out of everyday driving by helping with steering, braking, and throttle control while maintaining a safe distance ahead.

    All-Around Awareness Technologies

    The 2024 Crosstrek features an entire suite of available safety technologies to help protect you and your passengers. The Blind-Spot Detection system warns you with a visual indicator on each side mirror if it senses a vehicle in your blind spots. Rear Cross-Traffic Alert helps warn you of traffic approaching from the side as you are backing up and a standard Rear-Vision Camera enhances visibility when reversing. With available Reverse Automatic Braking, your vehicle can even stop itself to help avoid objects behind you.
